Ordering Instructions

It couldn't be much easier to order at Bob's Radio.
Simply browse the website and decide upon which products you would like, when you have decided click on the button next to that product to take you to the shopping basket.
From the shopping basket (using the navigation and buttons on the page) you may either carry on shopping leaving your items in the basket until later, add or remove items or you can proceed to the checkout where you will enter payment and delivery details.
The payment and personal details that your enter are all processed on a secure server using the latest SSL encryption, meaning that you can shop in confidence knowing that nobody else can see your confidential information.
Once your order has been received and your payment processed we will then send you an e-mail confirming the order

Delivery & Delivery Charges
Once your order has been received and processed, our aim is to deliver it to you within 5 working days (Express Delivery 3 Working Days). The shopping cart will automatically add on carriage & packing as per our rate chart for UK customers (as shown in Shopping Cart Help) US, Worldwide and European customers will be advised by e-mail of any extra charges.

All goods are normally kept in stock, but in the unforeseen event of an item not being available, we will advise you of a delivery date and will not process your order before then. If you find this delivery date unreasonable you may cancel the order by using our
contact form.

ADVICE: Upon receiving your delivery you should immediately check that it is the correct product and that it has not been damaged in transit, if there are any problems you should contact us straight away so that we can resolve the problem for you as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if there is any reason you are not satisfied - Don't worry just follow the instructions below...

  • If the goods are found to be delivered damaged you must notify us as soon as possible using the phone number or e-mail address below.
  • In the event that goods are found to be faulty, then Bob's Radio will accept the return of the product within 30 days of delivery and you may request a refund or replacement. During the 12 months guarantee period we will repair or replace the item (see guarantee section for details and guarantee returns procedure.)
  • Bob's Radio shall not be required to refund or replace goods that are found to be damaged or faulty due to customers abuse, misuse or neglect.
  • If you receive any item that is different to that which you ordered, please return it to Bob's Radio using the method below within 7 days of receipt, including your instructions whether to refund you or replace it with the correct item.
  • You have the right to a "cooling off" period after placing your order and you may cancel you order and return unwanted goods, without reason, within 7 working days of the date you received it. You should return it is complete with all accessories, instructions and original packaging and should be it is in its original condition - Bob's Radio will refund the cost of the goods. You will receive your refund within 30 days of cancellation of the order.

To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely, to ensure it will be free from damage and send the package to our address below. Contact us and we will supply you with the return details as well as labels.

In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if possible), with all warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories received with it. Phone 0870 750 0363 and our customer helpline staff will arrange for Free of Charge Safe return Carriage.

We are committed to protecting your privacy.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us in the future.

We will not sell or pass any of your details to other companies/bodies without your prior permission.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

Complaints & Disputes

We aim to give you the customer the best possible service, but should you feel that you have a complaint of either our service or products please do not hesitate to contact us straight away. We will acknowledge your communication by return and will endeavour to respond to any complaint with 5 working days. In the case of a dispute we will keep to continually informed.

Guarantees

All products are covered by 12 months manufacturers Guarantee.
This is from date of delivery to the original owner against failure due to faulty workmanship or component breakdown. Should any component fail during this period the unit will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

This guarantee does not cover:
Damage resulting from incorrect use, misuse or neglect howsoever caused.
Accidental damage
Consequential damage
Receiver with removed or defaced serial numbers
Telescopic aerials that are damaged or broken will not be replaced under guarantee.

Procedure
In the first instance please phone 0870 750 0363 where our staff will help and advise you. Our customer helpline staff can also arrange for Free of Charge Safe return Carriage.
Any claim must be made through BobsRadio and it will be necessary to return the item to us in accordance with our returns procedure. It may help to telephone or email us first. We will cover the cost of carriage within the UK providing prior agreement being made. Outside the UK you will be required to pay for the carriage to us. In all cases we will return the item to you free of charge.



This guarantee does not affect your consumer statutory rights

Orders Taken
Orders received via our shopping cart system are sent an automated email confirming the details of the order, this does not imply acceptance.
Bob Radio reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for any reason.
Products are subject to change due to technical improvements, colour changes, and availability.
